About Us

Community Partners Transportation Family Owned and Operated is a division of our parent company Community Partners Home Care. We were created to initially serve the transportation needs of our existing home care patients but within a few months something amazing happened! Our wonderful patients as well as their families began to spread the word of how great our transportation services were therefore our demand grew! Lastly, being that we have extremely busy kids that attend a charter school with no other transportation, our afterschool transportation offering was a no brainer!
